Truly a fantastic experience! So many wonderful new flavors, paired with great wines.
I was looking forward to dining at Feld as it struck me as a restaurant with a distinct point of view. However, it fell well short of the admittedly lofty expectations I had set for it. An absolutely incredible tasting menu. Beautiful presentation, insanely creative dishes, and flavor explosion. I never thought about adding eggs and tempura to corn, I will be from now on.
I thought an entire menu around corn and tomato at that price point was ridiculous but the experience made up for it. Truly unique.
