I kinda wish that if they didn't have or know what I was asking for, they would say so (I ordered 2 distinctively different donuts and got just the same donut-not either of the donuts I asked for), but that's my bad for using the drive thru and not going inside. Oh well! Being in customer service ain't easy, despite what many think, and it's so thankless. At least the donuts were soft!

Nowadays it’s hard…very hard to find great customer service! I stay 5 minutes away from a Dunkin’ Donuts but I drive 10 minutes to this one. When I pull up to order in the drive thru, it’s the way the manager already know what I want for me. The whole team here is Phenomenal!!
