Initially we had a few issues. The room wasn’t ready and the kids were fussy and tired but the hotel gave us free deserts in the restaurant Adorn. They were amazing. The customer service was excellent. We finally got to our beautiful room with spectacular views and were very happy but the kids stuff that we requested wasn’t there. One of the best meals of all time. Marshall the new chef helping out here is a genius. The crab cake and lobster dishes were totally INCREDIBLE!! We cannot wait to go back here again soon. Truly such a special experience, especially because it's also the best staff in the city. Grazie Mille
Adorn Bar & Restaurant at the Four Seasons was an excellent experience from start to finish. I had the filet mignon, and it was delicious, perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It also came out surprisingly fast without feeling rushed at all. I also had the salad with raspberries, which was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh.
