Adorn Bar & Restaurant Reviews
Initially we had a few issues. The room wasn’t ready and the kids were fussy and tired but the hotel gave us free deserts in the restaurant Adorn. They were amazing. I have always had a great meal here along with great service in both the bar and the restaurant. This is typically my first stop while in Chicago at the Four Seasons. The drinks in the bar are great and the bartenders are friendly and helpful. The sangria was really refreshing and their old fashioned is on point. For breakfast, they have [my personal favorite] granola with yogurt and berry compote. Everything is always fresh, try the basque cheesecake for a delicious dessert!
Mediocre at best. Furniture was old and raggedy, the food was mid. Service was slow and the ambiance was lacking. They need to update and remodel this place asap.

Adorn Bar & Restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience with flavors and textures that delight the senses. The menu features a range of delectable options, including the chef's individualized tasting menu and vegetarian-friendly dishes. The service is praised as superb, with professional, friendly, and attentive servers, making guests feel valued. The food quality is consistently high, highlighted by unique offerings like the delicious burats waffle, tasty scallops, and fantastic carrot cake. Guests have enjoyed creative drinks, including espresso martinis and sidecar cocktails with dried raspberries, adding a fun twist to their experience.
The atmosphere is described as intimate and secluded, enhancing the overall experience. However, the setting has been noted as a drawback, being situated in a lobby area that can be noisy and distracting, with some guests feeling it resembles a 3-star breakfast room at times. Overall, Adorn provides a fine dining experience, though the ambiance may not be to everyone's liking. Guests appreciate the wide-ranging menu and appropriate prices for the venue. Recent reviews highlight the excellent service, with staff being attentive but not overbearing, and guests enjoyed thoughtful surprises like complementary champagne and dessert during special occasions. Memorable meals included caviar service, housemade pretzels, steak, and seafood carbonara.
