Butcher and the Bear Reviews
An absolute standout! The atmosphere is perfect, the service is top-notch, and my ribeye was cooked to perfection. And let's not talk about how good the wagyu cookies are with a glass of milk—yum! A must-visit for anyone craving a world-class meal. I can’t wait to go back.
I took my husband to Butcher and the Bear for his birthday and it was an excellent experience. Our server, Angela, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was delightful, the standouts include the filet minion and the rosemary focaccia. Don’t sleep on the sides either. Will definitely be going back!
I love the calm, easygoing vibe of this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff’s hospitality was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and really added to the overall experience.

The Butcher and the Bear is a delightful restaurant that delivers exceptional food and service. The steaks are praised, especially the mushrooms, carrots, and asparagus. Desserts are a highlight, with the carrot cake and key lime pie being standouts. The menu offers a range of options, including the impressive wagyu board and salads. The ambiance is dimly lit and romantic, with decor that's Instagram-worthy. Drinks are delicious and refreshing. The shareable ribeye, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and mac n cheese were great. The chateaubriand was exquisite. Whipped potatoes are a must-try.
The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, with the Wagyu tasting board and the Wagyu fat + butter chocolate chip cookies served with vanilla ice cream and milk being standout dishes. The service is top-notch, with servers providing excellent hospitality. The neighborhood is charming, and the restaurant is a "go-to" option for a memorable dining experience.
