Jersey Mike's Subs offers an incredible environment with amazing service. The management and staff consistently demonstrate exceptional professionalism and create a welcoming atmosphere. The team delivers quick, professional, and enthusiastic service, making it a preferred choice for many customers. One standout staff member, Adam, is noted for his quick service and excellent customer service, embodying the positive energy and passion that customers appreciate. The food is delicious, with the tuna being a popular choice. Customers have also praised the special wrap called the Raptor, describing it as out of this world. However, some customers have experienced disappointment with the chips and drinks, especially the cardboard straws, which can affect the taste of the beverage. Overall, this location is praised for its engaging service and commitment to customer satisfaction, with many feeling lucky to know the wonderful team, including Vanessa.
