This Frankfort location is exceptionally clean, and the food quality is consistently very good. I’ve tried a wide variety of menu items…from their classic Italian beef sandwiches and protein bowls to the burgers, grilled chicken, and salads—and everything is top quality, fresh, and flavorful. Buona is a restaurant with delicious food and friendly, kind staff who are always helpful and accommodating. The service is fast and good, whether using the drive-through or going inside. The restaurant smells so good it makes you want to order everything.
The food is always excellent, fresh, hot, and tasty. Great menu items include the cheese burger, fries, chicken tenders, and tender sausage, beef, and chicken meals. The chicken and avocado salad is yummy and the robust salads are very large. The sausage and meatball bowl, with peppers, mozzarella, and sauce, is an excellent meal with soft meatballs. One favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza with chunks of tomatoes and red onions; it is absolutely fantastic and always delicious. Their shakes and the minestrone soup are delicious too.
The restaurant offers good prices, with several dollars off on certain days and times and senior discounts on some items. Using the App to order earns points toward free food. It is a great place and customers feel valued.
