“I now go here everyday or at least multiple times a week. We live in Orland park but we either make the drive or order on UberEats. It’s close to my parents so it’s a great reason to stop by! Coffee is always delicious, bagels are fresh & so are the other pastries. It’s a cozy spot in a busy downtown area perfect for relaxation. Everyone is super nice & make great order suggestions.“

“The appetizer was brought with the meal. 3 of our 4 entrees were served cold. We had reservations for 5:30, checked in at 4:00, went to the bar. Went back to the reception desk at5:30, waited 20 minutes for our table. The waitress was very inattentive. Disappointed!“

“My young son and I started a tradition on Fridays to get doughnuts before school as something to look forward to during the week. We have consistently been to Fleckensteins for over a year now and the service is always amazing. The staff on Friday mornings are the most friendly and kind people you will meet.

The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious. If I can snag a cheese coffeecake to bring home, my family is double excited. They have various breads, cookies, cupcakes, pies and cakes as well. A good variety of items to choose from!“

“Delicious food! Excellent bread (our entire family LOVES the warm bread)! My wife and I both had salmon with broccoli and two sweet potatoes each (my wife was also given rice). Our 11 year old son had Mac n cheese with a side of fruit (grapes). We arrived at 3:40 on the Monday immediately following Father's Day (we planned this to avoid a potential long wait the day before). We only waited about 7 minutes to be seated, but others who arrived immediately after us were told that the wait would be about 15 minutes. I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND GETTING THERE BEFORE 4PM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE; OTHERWISE, EXPECT A 20-40 MINUTE WAIT! Unfortunately, NO RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.

“This place was amazing. I was in the area to roller skate, and I asked Google where I could go get a reasonably priced meal. And it recommended this restaurant. So I went because they have pizza and having a pizza in a while. The bartender recommended thin crust because she said that's what they're going for. The pizza was amazing the margarita was okay not bad but not spectacular either. My only negative but for this place was it was pretty expensive. I've had the same meal at other places for about $10 less.“

“My wife picked up a couple of frozen meals to eat on the boat as we were running late and I must say, they were both awesome (we taste shared). The lunch size portion was sufficient and a biggie with me was they not overindulged with salt as is typical at many establishments. Looks like we will be stocking up the freezer.“

“We ordered from the Mama Maria’s catering menu for a small gathering of 10-12 ppl we were having. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The gentleman who took my original inquiry was pleasant, helpful and explained everything in detail. The night of the order we were running behind schedule and I called to the restaurant to make the change with no problem. When I arrived to pick up the order they were so helpful and even carried the order out to my car without hesitation. The food was amazing! All my guests loved it and it was a big hit of the weekend. Plus everything was packaged so nicely and labeled clearly. It was an abundance of food and we will definitely be ordering again! Thanks Mama!“

“I'm waiting for my Togo order at Texas Roadhouse in Tinley Park, the restaurant was super busy and some people had minor complaints but the hostesses Angelique and Megan were very very nice and professional, they were super awesome. “The noodles that I've always ordered from this restaurant aren't on the menu under the same name. Fortunately, when I described it to the cashier, she knew what I was referring to. I still don't know what they renamed the bowl. I dined in. My food was fresh and very good, just what I wanted. An employee, a different young lady, walked into the dining area and I asked her for more sauce. She said she couldn't put it on my food but she would give it to me on the side. She came back quickly with the sauce. When I was done eating, I took my tray and dish to the counter and asked this same young lady if she could take them. She advised me that empty/used dishes go to the back of the dining area, into a designated receptacle. However, she would take it for me. She did, and I thanked her. I'm mentioning all this because although this young lady accommodated me, and she was in no way rude, her demeanor and disposition was dry, unwelcoming, and off-putting. I made it a point to say please and thank you (as always) but especially to see if it was just me. She was just so miserable. Jeez Louise! Maybe she was sad about something, or had a terrible day over all. So I guess this has become more of a PSA to business owners than a review. The restaurant was clean and my food was very good (as it should for those prices). Yet, my experience was negatively impacted by a single employee who didn't do or say anything wrong or bad. She simply doesn't know how to interact with customers in a way that would encourage a return visit. On the flipside, had I taken my food to go, this would be an entirely different (and much shorter 😆) review.“
