This place is no longer good. The soup was cold the sandwich tasted weird. They need to hire new people
My favorite potbelly. They helped me out when I made a mistake on my own order it was definitely My fault but they didn't spend time putting the blame on me they just fixed it. Thank you guys!
They charge more than I like, but the food is good....

Potbelly offers moderately healthy sandwiches, but service can be inconsistent. The steak with horseradish sauce sandwich was good, but they ran out of sauce. One customer had a great experience with friendly staff, especially Brandon, who provided excellent customer service. Overall, Potbelly is recommended for a visit, just be prepared for some variability in service quality.
