The food was okay, the service was not. A shorter gentleman greeted me as i was confused where to pick up my food and i was verifying if I had paid for it via my email since the app wasn't showing the order. Another staff member told me to look over on the shelf where i found my order but the shorter gentleman started asking what highschool I went to. I always order a Vito with extra salami (no cap) and I never get extra even though I pay for it. It’s just extremely annoying. It’s not the first time. I get more lettuce and cheese than the actual meat and I’m never full or satisfied from a $20 sandwich (after you pay for delivering and tip).Great sandwiches but it’s the little things that keep customers around. ??

There's a man there who seems to work the front cash register primarily. My 1st visit, I walk in & am greeted by everyone except him. Didn't notice him until I looked down to find him just starring at me not saying a word. His vibe & tone of vice is not welcoming & quite frankly negative & unfriendly.
