Potbelly is a restaurant known for its fresh food and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the quick service and clean environment. Some staff members, like Michelle, are highly praised for their caring attitude and excellent customer service, making customers feel welcomed and valued. Regulars often enjoy the sandwiches and shakes, with some mentioning specific favorites like the turkey avocado. However, experiences vary; some find the food to be just okay or mention that certain sandwiches, like pulled pork, can be dry or lack sauce. Service speed can be inconsistent, with some customers noting slow responses or staff being focused on prepping sandwiches without acknowledging waiting customers. The atmosphere can be affected by the temperature, as some find the A/C set too cold. Overall, Potbelly is appreciated for its fresh food and good service, but experiences with wait times and environment may differ.
