I’m a manager at MOD two doors down from them, and we were LITERALLY locked out because the lock box was frozen shut ? called them, told them what was up, and after we laughed for a sec they gave me a pan of hot water and I was able to melt the lock and get in. 10/10 service fr ???

Absolute disastrous staffing issues. Good food quality, just as good as any other Potbelly but time and time again the staffing issue has never been resolved at this location. The staff is clearly annoyed with the nagging customers (as they should be) in line who wait with no response as the entire staff is away from the counter making food. Avoid unless you have 45 minutes to wait for your sandwich.

I love potbelly's. But this particular store is THE SLOWEST I have ever been to. They take orders in a different manner than any Potbelly's I have ever been to. Guess what. ITS NOT WORKING.

I've had some OK experiences here, always for lunch. Their broccoli cheddar soup is great and the 'Wreck' with hot peppers is one of my favorite subs. I usually have to wait a while before anyone comes to the register and a few times they've been closed randomly.

Dont get me wrong I LOVE Potbelly's, just not this location! They are understaffed and not set up for the Lunch Rush. They have 1 person filling orders at the register with 30 people in line or waiting for their order? Cmon store manager, you have to staff more accurately or else start watching your employees walk out the door! I had empathy for the woman trying to fulfill all of the orders. I will not be grabbing lunch here anymore as there are many other places nearby where you dont have to wait more than 10 minutes for an app order done ahead of time!

For reason I cannot understand, not a soul at this location understands how to make the Wrecking Ball sandwich. No matter how many times it's explained to them, even if it's filled out on the app, or I stand over them, they will find a way to screw it up. No veggies. Missing meat. Some sort of condiment I didn't ask for. It's always something. Why is this so bloody hard?!?!? Will someone please teach these people how to make a sandwich!
I went in to get a couple shakes. Very good taste. I have ordered from here a few times. The only issue I have is the staffs training. All I asked was what’s in the seasonal shake. The person ringing me up did not know. Clean, consistency, and trained staff.

We are Potbelly fans ..we usually eat at the Bloomingdale location and whenever we get anything from the Bolingbrook location we are bound to miss something in the order and we feel that the people have problems working there …we picked a Powerhouse today and it came without the dressing…we did not want tomatoes in the salad and they gave tomatoes ….I threw away the salad and promise not to go there anymore…
