I visit this Portillo’s regularly when I’m staying in the area. Portillo’s food is simply some of the best that you can enjoy in the greater Chicago area. Their dining facility is akin to other Portillo’s across the nation and this place is always clean. I do feel that some of the drive-through order takers can be a little bit snarky but overall the service here is pretty good. I will continue to visit them and enjoy the wonderful food!
Much better than Shorewood location. Staff are friendly and seem to know how to take care of orders promptly. I ordered a beef hot and received a beef hot. Chicken breast sandwich was devoured before a photo could be taken. Chili cheese dog-the same. My order came last, so I was chasing for photos and then gave up when it came to my order until I saw the fries. I took a pic. Apparently, full size fries are not on the menu any longer. 3 orders of fries and half of the fries...read full review
