“Just WOW!!

The Italian beef was exactly what I was hoping for — perfectly dipped, with mozzarella cheese and hot giardiniera. The beef was tender, juicy, and had so much flavor. It was one of those sandwiches where you take the first bite and immediately know they did it right.

We also ordered a pizza and asked for it to be well done. I asked them to go a little heavier on the hot giardiniera and a little lighter on the green peppers. When the pizza came out, it was cooked exactly the way we wanted. The crust had that perfect crispiness from being well done, and the toppings and giardiniera gave it a really good kick without overpowering everything else. It was honestly one of the better pizzas I've had in a while.

What really stood out to me, though, was how well everything was taken care of. The people working in the lobby were very attentive, friendly, and actually communicated with us throughout the experience. You could tell they were paying attention and making sure people were being taken care of instead of just going through the motions.

The restaurant itself was also extremely clean. Everything looked well maintained, and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were some of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I've seen in a very long time. That definitely says a lot about the people who work here and how much they care about the overall experience.

We came in around lunchtime, so it was a nice, relaxed dining experience. From the food to the service to the cleanliness, everything was just really well done.

“The food was good and wasn’t cold with plenty of customization options you can get. We were checked on and our drinks were refilled. There were plenty of options available, mainly for breakfast, but there were options you could have for lunch as well.“

“I absolutely adore this place. Some of the best Nashville Hot chicken around and there are literally sooo many options these days. The sauces are made in house and they rotate every month. I also love the kiosk ordering system and the free ice-cream that also changes each month 10/10“

“I think it's good tasting here. I dont have a problem with the food. Worker takes your order very seriously. the fries with mild sauce are good. I like going here. Workers are very friendly. I never visited the Aurora location but don't plan on it since Naperville is good. I reccomend fish sandwiches, fries, terriyaki philly, regular philly, the steak sandwich one, or the jumbo hot dogs. The cook is very clean, I never had a problem with the food. I'm sure everything on the menu is good, I can't wait to try it. The app is very useful, I like using it. You can order and pay on there and pick it up in 15 minutes or longer. There are also rewards, I ordered a fish sandwich w/ fries the other day using my rewards.“

“My buddy and I have started coming to this location frequently. We try not to go at obviously busy times, lunch and dinner. From walking in, to ordering our pizzas, to sitting down after the pies are done, I would guess no more than 10-15 minutes total. Well worth it. It can be very difficult, but allow it to cool ! If you go for a bite too soon, the roof of your mouth will not be happy. Friendly staff, smiles all around, delicious food made how I want it. Excellent.“

“Best tacos in Naperville area. The limited menu allows them to focus on what they do well - a great variety of tacos. I tried 3 of the taco options: steak, chicken tinga and grilled Mahi-Mahi. All outstanding. If you want the meal option (2 sides and a drink), you can opt for pinto beans instead of the usual refried beans; rice; a fountain drink; and the 3 tacos, for under $20. It is a good value because the quality is good.“

“I have been a fan of Arby's for many years, I stopped in for a quick late lunch. I had the double roast beef sandwich and some potato cakes. I would have to say that was the best Arby's meal I can remember having. The meat was juicy with a great taste. The bun was fresh and the potato cakes were delicious nice and crisp on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. I don't usually get excited about fast food but this was a good experience. The staff was friendly as well.“

“This location on Plainfield Naperville Road is by far the BEST! The owner does a great job with her staff and the products she sells. The soft serve is thick (like it should be) and her cakes are absolutely delicious! She runs a great business (especially compared to the previous owner) and it shows! The store is always busy but no one seems to mind. So happy to have this business in our neighborhood! Family, kid and dog friendly (dogs have to wait for their treats outside of course!) Highly recommend!!“

“Great location and the staff was great. The chicken sandwich was delicious, it was crispy and tender, no pieces were un-chewable. The drive-thru is a little awkward and you have a person outside taking your order and two lanes. There is a mobile order lane and a regular lane. The girl at the drive-thru was great, she was friendly, helpful, and looked like she enjoyed her job instead of being resentful. The rest of the staff was great too. Overall the service and staff were great. This is a great location if they can keep good staff like this. The order was made promptly and brought out to my car window all in about 3 minutes. It was lunchtime but not too busy.“

“I came here on a rainy day. It was muggy and the rain was pouring down hard outside. I needed my comfort food. I ordered the Baconator from the convenient electronic menu and sat. A short time passed and with less than 20 dollars my day was saved. A delicious burger at a nice quiet place. The staff was nice and the location was well maintained. I sat and ate with my mother there. We highly enjoyed our Baconator and Dave's burgers. We love Wendy's and this location definitely lived up to our golden standard when it comes to comfort food. Would definitely come back here again if I need another tasty fast meal. Please continue the great service during these tough times.
