“Buona is the adult “fast food” restaurant. It has a great assortment of food items from vegetarian to health conscious to those with dietary restrictions. In addition to soda and shakes, they offer adult beverages. It’s my number one place to go for “fast and healthy food.” Salads, pizza, burgers, protein bowls, arancini beef bites, pasta, sandwiches and chicken tenders - everything is great.“

“This place was spectacular. The food was amazing. I ordered a tuna sandwich that was absolutely delicious, they told me it was homemade, and you could definitely tell. The potatoes were incredible.
My boyfriend ordered a burrito that tasted like homemade comfort food, just like something your grandmother would make. I also really enjoyed the chicken soup; it was divine, super creamy, and full of delicious flavor.
The coffee was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. Our waiter treated us with so much kindness and everything was served very quickly.“

“I’ve ordered from here a few times but today was my best experience. I’m not sure if the lady that was working the register and answering the phone was newer. But she was very polite and helpful. I’m not saying I’ve had bad service here ever but I just felt like she went the extra mile. The food was great but it bothered our stomachs. It was probably just the oil the food was fried in. I don’t blame them for that. Restaurant was very clean as always. I’ll be visiting again!“

“Best tacos in Naperville area. The limited menu allows them to focus on what they do well - a great variety of tacos. I tried 3 of the taco options: steak, chicken tinga and grilled Mahi-Mahi. All outstanding. If you want the meal option (2 sides and a drink), you can opt for pinto beans instead of the usual refried beans; rice; a fountain drink; and the 3 tacos, for under $20. It is a good value because the quality is good.“

We was very Hungry at that time and They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked and maintained great hygiene throughout. “The food was great and the service was amazing 🤩!!! I have severe food allergies and they were very accommodating, especially given that cheese can get in other containers, like pizza sauce. They took the time to only use products that did not have any cross contamination. This is a pretty big deal because usually when we make special requests, we get attitude because servers don't usually understand it's a severe allergy issue. They made accommodations, with a smile, and we're extremely friendly!!!“

“Great pizza place! Choose the size of pizza you want (and thin or thicker crust), customize it to your stomach's desire, and it'll be ready shortly. Love how quick it is. The pizza is always hot and delicious. I mean, if it's not, then that's on you, chef. Service is sometimes hit or miss, with some employees working REALLY slowly when there's a long line up, but for the most part, they're quick and attentive. Went to grab a pizza with my little guy today and the girls working were awesome. The no name cake is also a hit with my toddler. Overall, love this MOD location! Would definitely recommend!“

“Been to this DQ for the past few years, and I’ve always had a good experience. The owner is super nice, and so are the staff. This DQ is a staple of our community, and really is able to bring all of us together in times of division. And the frosted animal cookie blizzard is always good…“

“I have been a fan of Arby's for many years, I stopped in for a quick late lunch. I had the double roast beef sandwich and some potato cakes. I would have to say that was the best Arby's meal I can remember having. The meat was juicy with a great taste. The bun was fresh and the potato cakes were delicious nice and crisp on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. I don't usually get excited about fast food but this was a good experience. The staff was friendly as well.“

“I’ve enjoyed many Chick-fil-A over the years and this one has given me a great experience. The outside, seating on a nice warm day outside can’t be beat. The service was phenomenal. A young lady named Maddie was extremely helpful. Chick-fil-A also has one of the best rewards app. Anytime I buy a meal. I’m always leaving with a free ice cream or treat.“

“I'm fairly new to firehouse.
I like the fact they are different from the other sub shops.
The cleanliness of this store is questionable at best. This is over 6 visits, so I didnt just catch them on a bad day.
Visit and clean your bathrooms more.
Wipe down tables and counter so they are not sticky.
And most of all.
Take the time to clean the hot sauce station. The bottle tops are full of sticky and crust sauces and most of the bottles are empty.
Two employees... one watching the other work. Probably a manager. Take the time to remove the lids of the sauses and drop them into hot soapy water and dry with a clean towel. Replace the empty bottles. Wipe the bottles off.
Gross.
The novelty may not bring me back based on dirty conditions.“

“Ordered 30pc grilled chicken nuggets. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait time. It ended up being about 12-15 minutes and they comped my entire order and apologized several times. Definitely not necessary but I appreciate the level of customer service.“

“This store was very clean when I visited. The lady working behind the counter was very nice. She smiled the whole time, was friendly, and made the visit very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. I saw her talking to customers in front of me and she was the same with everyone. Orders kept rolling in from online, but she didn't miss a beat, didn't seem to fret, and wasn't stressed. The sandwich I ordered was tasty, but I've never been to a Subway location where the food was bad or below expected.“

“I came here on a rainy day. It was muggy and the rain was pouring down hard outside. I needed my comfort food. I ordered the Baconator from the convenient electronic menu and sat. A short time passed and with less than 20 dollars my day was saved. A delicious burger at a nice quiet place. The staff was nice and the location was well maintained. I sat and ate with my mother there. We highly enjoyed our Baconator and Dave's burgers. We love Wendy's and this location definitely lived up to our golden standard when it comes to comfort food. That all changed the instant i walked in when Jessie and his crew treated us with hospitality helping me pick a sandwich for the first time and even had regular small talk with him like we were already best of friends. After being hesitant the first time I definitely wont be the 2nd time I go back.“

“I visited Five Guys with family to Oswego, IL location since the regular Naperville branch got closed. I need to admit the fact the Five Guys consistently maintain their quality and clean ambience however the most important thing is about Edgar S who gave us an excellent service starting from order with a pleasant greeting and we totally liked his professionalism and he seem to be a great asset to Five Guys and deserves a rise in his job which is clearly evident from his work ethics and customer etiquette.

“Should you peruse the review listings, you may well notice a demarcation in reviews dating roughly 3 months ago (Early March of 2026), with a notable uptick in 5 star reviews since said time frame. This corresponds with my own personal experience with this Burger King, where the past few months have shown a remarkable improvement in both food and service. My past several visits have been handled by an individual named Laura, who seems to be presently acting as the pylon upon which the store is anchored, and I am unsure whether she is part of acting management. She is usually operating both drive through and front counter, while also seemingly responsible for maintaining the dining area of the establishment. Despite this she has always been courteous, friendly, and pleasant and I have never felt rushed or pushed when ordering. My food has been some of the best I have had at a Burger King in quite some time, and it was the food that ultimately lead to my decision to post this review; my whopper has been hot, fresh, and prepared precisely as I have requested. Whether this marked improvement is a consequence of the overhaul that corporate has advertised via recent commercials, or a result of this particular establishments management/staff, I am unable to elucidate upon. Regardless I heartily recommend this Burger King to anyone wishing to enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere with excellent food and a smile behind the counter.“
