horrible staff
Good Starbucks, but the one on 75th and the one on 63rd are way better with their service and friendliness.
A store with rude employees they close the inside n the amount of accidents that almost happen in the parking. Careless planning and why not just turn off order pick up. I only go here cuz its close to my home NO MORE. Bunch of rude employees. Next time manager close down order ahead. And tell the lil sassy workers learn better customer service

The coffee shop has happy employees and a nice atmosphere. The indoor area is nice and a place to hang. The location is convenient with plenty of parking on an open plaza. The drinks such as iced Dolce Latte with cinnamon, Chai Tea Iced Latte, chai latte and iced latte taste great and have no complaints. Service is slow. The drive‑thru can take over 45 minutes for 1 drink even when inside is not busy. Order ahead and order pick up are sometimes turned off. Some rude employees have low energy. The trash bin is overflowing and there are no straws at the counter, which is frustrating. The store close to home but the accidents in the parking and careless planning bring the experience down. Manager close down order ahead and sassy workers customer service. The coffee shop receives 3 out of 5 purely for the drinks and the service and small details bring the experience down.
