Avoid this location. The drive through is always packed (not their fault) and they’re always understaffed. Their dining room is closed more than half the time. If they make your coffee incorrectly, you’ll be forced to wait in the 20-30 min line again or go to a different location to have them make your drink correctly.Go to the one on Cass or support a local business with coffee shop on 63rd and Fairview.

If you're local, just go to the one on Cass, you can thank me later. The male manager is kind of a prick. Also, the Cass location keeps the straws out for you. The Lemont Road location used to have them out before Covid and is the only location out of the 5 different locations that I go to that STILL refuse to put the straw out. They'd rather you stand there for 5-10 minutes before you can finally ask for a straw, which actually interrupts the employees flow. I'm assuming they moved them from behind the glass because I'm probably the only one that reached over the glass to grab one. Not out of bad intentions. Mostly because I didn't want to stop THEIR flow and rhythm. The nail in the coffin for me was the manager knowing that we go there OFTEN and after one of the girls asked if he could fulfill my order, he said "I'll get to it when I can" and proceeded to fulfill every order other than mine, including walk-ins. Not to mention, we ordered online 30 minutes ago and he went out of his way to defeat the purpose. I walked out. Just go to Cass, at least they're not stuck in 2020 and keeping straws behind the damn counter as if straws caused COVID

Overall a good Starbucks, kept quite clean. Can get sometimes a bit backed up so wait for drink can be long during peak times. if you're in a hurry probably not the place for you. The staff overall is friendly though and it makes up for wait times.

Workers are rude. I always order the same sandwich I have for years from here. One time at the Starbucks on Cass Ave they handed me it with my drink and it made the sandwich soggy and gross. I asked for a new one nicely and they gave me one. This happened at this Starbucks a few years later now. The worker literally told us , “it’s always that wet “ uh no it’s not ever a soggy disgusting thing I literally watched you. He said it’s condensation. There is no condensation on a new sandwich so severe and PEACH flavored. How humiliating he was with a glare on his face telling my mother this. , I forgot his sarcastic comments now.. Like dude I am being nice and it is clearly soggy can I please have a new one like what are you even doing. Then the time after that we asked for a food item . Worker tells us it will be 5 minutes are you sure you want to wait ? Like ??? Yes ??? Why wouldn’t we , the normal time for an item is literally FIVE MINUTES , , today we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our food items. People have to work and they have medical appointments they have to go to . They literally gave me an extra drink I didn’t ask for when they could have been doing my food . the workers are all standofish , they act like you’re a “Karen “ for nicely asking to not have a disgusting tea drenched sandwich. we explained to them I will not eat it it’ll be a waste and they still continued saying no it’s condensation . they glare at you and have horrible costumer service. The Starbucks on cass ave is AMAZING . Not this one

Yall dont go here unless you want your stuff to be thrown out. I had two drinks and my stuff left on the table obviously left there because I was going to the bathroom. When I can back all the stuff was thrown out including my personal items. When I asked where it was they gave only my id back but the rest of the stuff was thrown out. This is seriously not okay. You pay a bunch for some drink and they still throw out your shi. They said they are sorry but you could have just gave me the trash can and I would’ve just went through it myself and got my stuff back, I hope yall dont tip these people cuz nah thats crqzy. I am not gonna let this slide just wait.

Drive thru is the slowest one I have ever visited. Every car was at least a 5 minute wait at the drive thru window. Had about 7 cars in front of me.
