I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but this young man truly deserves the highest praise! He is respectful, incredibly friendly, and has a charismatic way of interacting with customers. I caught him working the drive-thru today.

Starbucks Coffee Company is consistently noted for its amazing and friendly customer service, with a staff that seems to enjoy the job and provides efficient, good service. The location is often busy and maintains a clean interior with around 20ish indoor seats, though the space seems it could use a little updating. A significant drawback is that the front door is not handicap accessible.
The process for ordering via the app is easy, with helpful text notifications when orders are ready. While the drive-thru line can be very long, orders are typically completed within the estimated wait time. The drink creations, such as a Venti Flat White, are described as very good, consistently delicious, and not full of ice instead of coffee. The breakfast sandwiches and wraps are always made well, fully and properly warmed up.
However, some negative experiences involve racist customers creating hostile situations. Additionally, the removal of the self-service area for adding sugars, creams, and toppings has disappointed many customers who request it be set up again. Despite these issues, many consider this a go-to location compared to others in the area.
