The medium spice is savory with a hint of heat and it goes up quick from there! The tenders are a great way to get a variety of heat if you want to sample the levels!“

“The food at the Fridays in Darien had good food as always. It continues to be WAY over priced for a casual chain. The price tends to be near $100 for two people, one kid, 1 drink each, appetizer, entree and dessert. But, the service is lack luster to they point that most of the best waitresses has left due poor management, according to the waitresses. They always do thier best to accommodate my meat allergy. The restaurant's bathrooms are very clean. I view the cleanliness of the bathrooms give a clue to how the kitchen is. The decor is normal garish Fridays with no sound dampening. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you are already a fan. But, I continue to visit this location because I like Friday's and this one is the best around.“

“I lived in downtown Lemont for a while and watched Barrel & Vine being built. I've been going since they had a soft open. I absolutely LOVE their chimichurri fries, you need to try them. I now live out of state but stop in for dinner or lunch to meet up with family and friends when I'm in town. Everything I've had is delicious. Pub burger, charcuterie board, jambalaya, fries, short rib bolognese, and finally.. the salted caramel cookie skillet. Don't skip out on the crafted cocktails or dessert.If you haven't tried Barrel &Vine yet, you should. Don't miss out.Parking: Because the restaurant is located downtown, the parking is a little difficult on weekends. There is street parking, and a lot across the street. A block or two away is a free parking garage.“

“This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is good, service excellent, and atmosphere nice. I had dinner here and they had a new spring menu. My only complaint is that the food menu is a little limited; I would have expected more options. I had the salmon, which was very good, and paired with an appetizer of the crab cake. Finally, the wine selection is more than sufficient.Parking: Parking is not an issue: plenty of space and easy to find.“

“The food met or exceeded everyone's expectations. Our server, Brooke, and her assistants were terrific: pleasant, patient, and attentive. The restaurant was full/noisy and the host did his best to accommodate us with a quiet location, a request we made through the app because of the hearing disability of my husband who is a Vietnam Veteran. The volume of the restaurant was still too loud for him: even with hearing aids conversing across a table that could have accommodated eight when we turned out to be only five was challenging, but the window location was the best option and we appreciated that the host did his best. I'm pointing out this situation because it is difficult to find a restaurant that ticks all the boxes: good food, good value, and good conversational ambience. Surely it is a plus that Neat did their best.“

“Came here because egg harbor had a long wait. Omg. Everything was sooo delicious starting with the crab beignets and it only got better from there. The salmon avocado toast my wife got was really good and i got the spicy shrimp omelette which was really good. The shrimp on top was nicely spiced and really tasty. Couldn't relate to the story line of this play (guys and dolls) well enough to recommend it, but would love to see the actors in another play to showcase their substantial talents.And hope drury can pick more timely subject matter.“

We kicked off our meal with the Salmon Tartare, a light yet flavorful starter that left me wanting more. The Mahi Mahi, with its coconut curry, was rich and satisfying--I'm crossing my fingers that it becomes a permanent menu item. “Today was my first time trying Lazydog and my boyfriend and I were beyond impressed! We were looking for bar food and I wasn’t expecting much, but this place blew me away. The quality and flavor of our plates were equivalent to a fine dining restaurant, for half the price. Our service was similar as well, our server Sarah was beyond nice and helpful. The manager surprised us with free fries for it being our first visit. Other restaurants - please take notes. This is our new favorite spot!“

First of all it fell apart when, after cutting in half, I tried to pick it up. And just not much flavor. Was disappointed in that. For lunch I feel it’s a moderately good deal but for dinner I was a little surprised at the portion size compared to the price, we did enjoy all of our dishes but having a hard time with the value. The charred cauliflower appetizer was tasty but small portion for over $12. The lasagna Bolognese made with a chicken sausage was equivalent of two large raviolis stacked on top of each other. For $20 I would expect a bigger portion. Overall a higher rating due to the ambience of the restaurant and service was good.“

I got the pistachio covered lamb rack when I last went, and it was phenomenal. The dish held up well, the lamb was moist, and the sauces complimented the lamb perfectly. I also had the mango cheesecake, and I can still remember how perfect the cheesecake was. It was a perfect amount of cheesecake flavor to mango flavor. I would highly highly recommend this restaurant as I have yet to see a better one in the surrounding area.“
