“My mom and I like to meet at wineries/ wine bars once a month that halfway for us (parents live in Crystal Lake and I live in LaSalle). Goat and Vine was an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a variety of top notch wines! On top of that, our server made our first time experience that much better; I highly recommend!!“

“We stumbled upon The Tasty Biscuit while in town for a wedding and ended up coming back twice—it was that good. Despite a packed parking lot both mornings, we were seated right away thanks to their fast, efficient service. The coffee was excellent, the menu was full of creative and classic options, and the food itself? Quite possibly the best breakfast we’ve ever had. On our second visit, we even recognized some familiar faces from the day before—clearly, we weren’t the only ones hooked! If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t miss the chance to stop in. Your taste buds will thank you.“

“Had a great dinner with family at the Bolingbrook location. Waiter Kevin was awesome and had many suggestions for food choices. Had the Bison short ribs and it was superb. Food was great, the service was quick, we were all impressed by quality and efficiency.“

“Ocean perch should not taste and smell old and fishy. It should have a mild not unpleasant scent and taste. I have gone to this location twice in the last 2 weeks and in both occasions one or two fillets out of five have had that taste and flavor which is unpleasant.“

“Corrine was our waitress (me and my daughter)and she did a fantastic job serving us and going over and beyond. She explained the new menu and kelp checking on us making sure we were good on drinks and food. We love her spirit and will request her every time we come back if we can. “I asked a few local people about a deep dish pie. One young man gave me a look and said you need to go over to this place and try theirs. As he slid the post it over to me, he said that I will not be disappointed. So I went out searching for this little secret and and as I pulled up, I was surprised on how the place was hidden because my GPS kept trying to have me go left. I guess it was not trying to tell me it was worn out and didn't want any pizza. I walked in and was sent back in time because the decore was still from the late 70''s. I ordered my pie and waited for it to cook. I looked up and I found my new friend hanging out on the wall greeting everyone. When my order came up, I was not ready for the pizza, I grabbed it and almost dropped it because I was not ready for the weight of this pie. It felt like the cook put about 10 pounds of love into it and damnit it was great. I will go back to this spot every time I'm back in the area“

“We had a 1st Anniversary party for my daughter, since we didn't have a wedding reception. Catering through Zen House for 100 people. It was amazing! Easy to work with, price was great and pick up was a breeze. They gave me suggestions and worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Just loved it. My daughter was very happy. THANK YOU!“
“awesome staff at the fuel desk and the restaurant ...but don't count on service they have a huge sign outside that says trailer washouts haha what a joke they make every excuse not to do there job they close service when they want don't believe the set hours they work harder trying to get out of work then if they would do there job .....night and day difference on the inside and outside including the service garage area with broken down fuel pumps old mattresses over flow of garbage everywhere. it makes it look ugly.but inside is nice don't be afraid to go in to eat.but they need a new service garage manager for real.“

“After Golden Chopsticks closed down, I found this place and it is honestly just as good, if not better, than Golden Chopsticks!
Parking: Parking can be an issue depending on time of day. Parking spots are always available, but sometimes you need to park in front of a store a few doors down.“

“This was my first visit and the lady was very patient with listening to me and what I was trying to order. The food was amazing. I will be back to try other things, but the broth was so good. I could just drink that and skip the meal. I recommend anyone in the area to try it.“
