“We love Egg Basket for a quick breakfast/lunch option any day of the week. It's inexpensive and there's always a seat available when we walk in. We've gone in the morning on weekends and there's still seating available without a wait - although it does get a bit busier. The food is always good and there's a decent amount of options on the menu. Their skillets are delicious, especially the chilaquiles skillet. Coffee is always hot as well!“

Finally I had a reason to drive to Schaumburg for business and stoped at “Bacowka “ for lunch .We got greeted very friendly by Agnieszka, she was our server... The hardest part was to make a selection of dishes to eat.
I wanted one of everything. My husband
ordered d “flaki” and loved it saying that they taste as good as my Mom’s. He also ordered trout. The dish was served on a special wooden plate in the shape of fish., with very appetizing garnishes and side salads.
I ordered grilled oscipek and potato pancake with pork goulash. The portions ware very generous and we gladly took our leftovers home. It was a special treat for me since I have family in Poronin and my heart skipped a bit going on the walk of my childhood memories of many trips to the mountains ❣️ Thank you , we will be back ❣️“

“Have been eagerly awaiting their opening and finally had a chance to stop in for lunch with my son. That staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. I had a blackened chicken wrap that came with a huge bowl of potato bacon soup and fries, and my son had the kids chicken tenders. “Great local, unique Geneva restaurant with a twist. The best place for Chiliquelas, breakfast bowls, Beignets (homemade powdered sugar donuts) breakfast sandwiches and even the coffee is awesome! They also serve distinct cocktails, bloody Mary’s and mimosas are just a few. Lunch offerings like their homemade Tuscan bean and sausage soup, burgers with fries with aioli and Parmesan are great. Salads are so fresh, and add - ins like shrimp or chicken and salmon with unique dressings are offered also. Great sandwiches too. “I’ve eaten at Bleuroot twice when traveling through Chicago for hockey trips. Every bite has been phenomenal and there have been many “Oh you’ve got to try this” shared plates. The staff are amazing and this is a place where it’s okay to be loud and boisterous and joyful. Thanks to Maria and the crew for a great experience (and excellent customer service mailing me back a pair of prescription sunglasses I left on the table!). Looking forward to a third visit in November!“

“I feel like Quiznos is the best of all the chain sandwich shops. Their bread is super fresh (and actually tastes like bread) and they have tons of varieties of sandwiches and high quality meats. Some daily specials include various subs starting at about 8 dollars. If u decide on a speciality sub the price goes up to about 11 dollars. Their basic sub begins at 8" (which is definitely more fun than the typical 6") One of their best speciality subs is a lobster roll which is super awesome. They also offer double meat and cheese options and guacamole. The location that I visit the girls who work there are very nice and helpful with the menu. There are a ton of signs to read when you come in and it's easily to get distracted if you are coming in for the first time. Two subs with chips and drinks will typically run about 27$ . More pricey than some of the other chains but I feel like it's worth it.

Vegetarian options: You can build your own vegetarian sub tons of toppings and veggies.

I don't hold back and as you can tell from my pic, I did NOT hold back. That salad tasted good and so did the sauce. Could have done without the dirty looks from the staff. “Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth’s Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That’s a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.“
