“The Rama noodles delight is truly one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten! I’ve ordered it so many times and it’s never once been bad. So many fresh veggies and the noodles and sauce are delectable! One of my favorite things to order from here. The fried shumai are super delicious too and the sauce they come with is phenomenal. Love this spot!“

“The food is great. The service is not.

The old lady here is rude. I made an order for a curbside pick up. The instructions say that once you’re in front of the restaurant, call them and they will bring out your order so I did just that. I called and said I am outside for a curbside pick up. The lady goes “curbside pickup?” as if those were foreign words. Then she tells me she doesn’t see anything for a curbside pick up. I told her I could give her my name which I did. Then she mumbled something and said she will have it right out.

When she came out and gave me my order, she goes, “just so you know we’re not doing curbside pick up anymore”. So why is that an option on the website? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like something this location could choose to opt out of if they so chose. So it seems to me that she just didn’t wanna do her job.

But again, the food is great which is why I give it four stars.“

“I’ve eaten at Bleuroot twice when traveling through Chicago for hockey trips. Every bite has been phenomenal and there have been many “Oh you’ve got to try this” shared plates. The staff are amazing and this is a place where it’s okay to be loud and boisterous and joyful. Thanks to Maria and the crew for a great experience (and excellent customer service mailing me back a pair of prescription sunglasses I left on the table!).
