Enjoyed our first visit to Potbelly's since before the pandemic. Excellent service. Every employee double-checked our preferences on our food. So it was exactly as ordered.Good sandwiches with several choices for vegetarians. We appreciated that the price is discounted if you don't have meat, such as on the mediterranean.I'd forgotten how thick the bread is, so the sandwich seemed a little dry. I go to Potbelly occasionally. The food is always pretty good. This visit was excellent. The girls that prepared the sandwiches did an excellent job. Lots of ingredients and done well. I look forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work.

I usually enjoy this place. Today it was different. They used to have a Mediterranean Salad, they no longer have it. Occasionally they will still make it, today was not one of those days. I did purchase the sandwich, it was a disappointment. I think the ingredients are fresh, the sandwich just lacked. The girl who took care of me was ok, not too customer service focused.
