I had a conflicting time at this restaurant, the food arrived on time. There was a slight mistake, a couple of sauces were forgotten but it was quickly fixed.
That is nothing compared to what I saw. Two servers, working their butts off! Definitely understaffed, but as a former server I understand. Heather was our bartender during a busy USA World Cup game, and even though the bar was almost completely full, she constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the bone-in Garlic Parmesan wings, but they came out room temperature and not as crispy as they usually are. Waited an additional 20 minutes past my pickup time to receive cold food and no straws for drinks. This location seems to have an issue with getting food out in a timely manner and lets things get cold while they wait for things to finish. Should not take an hour for an order to be ready.
