“Heather was our bartender during a busy USA World Cup game, and even though the bar was almost completely full, she constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the bone-in Garlic Parmesan wings, but they came out room temperature and not as crispy as they usually are. When Heather asked if everything was okay, I hesitated because I knew how busy she was, but I told her the wings were cold. Without hesitation, she took them back and within just a few minutes brought me a fresh order that was hot, crispy, and cooked to perfection. Heather truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service, making me feel like my experience mattered even during one of the busiest times of the day. I left Buffalo Wild Wings not only satisfied with how she handled the situation but also reminded that there are still people like Heather who genuinely care about their customers’ experience, and because of her, I will definitely be back.“

Chicken was crispy and tender inside. Breading was a little peppery as a plain sandwich, but the garlic Parmesan sauce paired wonderfully!!
Bun was good, but nothing special. Good flavor, but a little flat.
Good “potato-tasting” fries encouraged a little better score.

Overall, it’s a takeout place. So people constantly going in and out. Took a little away from the atmosphere, but clean overall. The food was all made to order-so it takes 10 minutes if you order at the counter.“

“We really enjoyed the chicken at wings and chips. we got the four piece chicken and Nashville sandwich. Food was tasty and we had to bring some home as they gave you a lot. My son enjoyed the claw machine and one on his first play. I would recommend this place for anyone.“

“Very first time trying Wing Snob and it did NOT disappoint. The quality and flavors exceeded my expectations, even the menu (though I hadn't looked up what they had in advance)! The speciality fries were phenomenal, though I wish the chicken bites weren't left to crisp around the edges as much as it did, but the chicken itself was still very juicy. Boneless wings were perfectly cooked and coated - you can absolutely tell that the sauce isn't an after thought and tossed in for a few seconds like some places. The sandwich and regular seasoned fries were also very good. I will absolutely be coming back! ❤️“

Victoria has great customer service: she spoke clearly and showed enthusiasm. She gives this place a good first impression.
The back was slightly messy (filled garbage bins and dirty floor), and that could present the overall work environment in a wrong way for customers, in terms of food safety. And, the front door is heavy to pull and push, causing fatigue.“

“Typical fried chicken, fish, shrimp, and fries place. Had the bone in wings and shrimp combo meal. This place seems to cater to takeout but has a few places to sit including outside. Wings were good size, the shrimp medium size. The parmesan sauce was salty as was the lemon pepper rub on the shrimp. The chicken without the sauce was not salty and tasted good. The fries were not salty so I think it was the sauces. The meal was served hot and service was excellent. Everything seems to be cooked as needed so keep in mind that it might take 15 minutes to get your meal.“

it does not matter. this place has the best bacon cheeseburgers of any fast food place in the area, the best chicken sandwiches of any fast food place in the state, and the best fries of any restaurant anywhere in the United States
