“I ordered on the evening of May 30th.
Victoria has great customer service: she spoke clearly and showed enthusiasm. She gives this place a good first impression.
The back was slightly messy (filled garbage bins and dirty floor), and that could present the overall work environment in a wrong way for customers, in terms of food safety. And, the front door is heavy to pull and push, causing fatigue.“

“Very first time trying Wing Snob and it did NOT disappoint. The quality and flavors exceeded my expectations, even the menu (though I hadn't looked up what they had in advance)! The speciality fries were phenomenal, though I wish the chicken bites weren't left to crisp around the edges as much as it did, but the chicken itself was still very juicy. Boneless wings were perfectly cooked and coated - you can absolutely tell that the sauce isn't an after thought and tossed in for a few seconds like some places. The sandwich and regular seasoned fries were also very good. I will absolutely be coming back! ❤️“

“I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out.
During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers.
There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.
If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency.
To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately.
This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.“

“yes, this is attached to a gas station.
it does not matter. this place has the best bacon cheeseburgers of any fast food place in the area, the best chicken sandwiches of any fast food place in the state, and the best fries of any restaurant anywhere in the United States
i was fortunate enough to have Diego as my cashier he was so great. I was particularly impressed with how patient he was when i had trouble deciding what i wanted.

“First time ordering online about a week ago and I give five stars for the nice colored woman who delivered my food. I find her to be outstanding in the performance of her job. Her personality was very friendly and open.We need more like you!. Food was hot and great thank you!“

“this is a great business very proud of you and your family i know this job can be hectic becauise alot of places do the homeless wronbg i can honestly say you guys always have a smile on your face and kind to all people white asians and mexicans i cant imagine someone poiunting at me or putting phoners in my face i would lose it i admire your patience for people thank you for letting m,e charge my phone in your business because people in other places stole my cord my battery pack my wall socket from storage accused people of damages or invade they meal“

“Hands down best Chinese in the area. Reminds me of my childhood favorite where they used to put green peppers, tomato, and pineapple in the sweet and sour sauce. That is rare. The egg rolls are my favorite too. Great all around Chinese. Old school. IYKYK“

“I used to have a bad history with this place a couple years ago where the service was terrible and took a long time. Today it was late at night almost a hour till closing, I ordered my pizza and wings, and everything was great. I was just getting out of work and running late so I called ahead and asked if they could wait 10 minutes for me and they were very nice about it. The employees are great and deserve a raise!“

“Food is good.
My daughter and I like to try all the local chicken sandwiches. So here’s her review of the sandwich. Good sandwich, breading amount was good, but it wasn’t real crunchy like she likes. Bun was a great compliment and overall the sandwich was very good.
The service was outstanding today here. Food was served very fast and the girl behind the counter was smiling and friendly. Overall clean restaurant and a good location.“

Chicken was crispy and tender inside. Breading was a little peppery as a plain sandwich, but the garlic Parmesan sauce paired wonderfully!!
Bun was good, but nothing special. Good flavor, but a little flat.
Good “potato-tasting” fries encouraged a little better score.
Overall, it’s a takeout place. So people constantly going in and out. Took a little away from the atmosphere, but clean overall. The food was all made to order-so it takes 10 minutes if you order at the counter.“
