“I made an online order at this location. The manager was frustrated because he couldn't help me. But when I asked to speak to someone else, he transferred me to a lovely employee named Mariah. Mariah took my name and found my order. She was understanding and made sure my pick up time was correct. They made my food hot to order. The young people working, a young man cashier and a young woman, were also so kind and helpful too. So just based on service, I'm giving them five stars. Thank you to the staff! “I came to this wing stop location at around 7 pm on christmas night. I saw four hardworking men working hard during a rush and overwhelming environment. “This place serves amazing Halal fried chicken and Chinese. We ordered the spicy chicken like quarters, combo fried rice, and beef lo mein.

The trays are big portions and the prices are very reasonable. The spicy fried chicken was amazing. Crispy and flavorful.“

The space is large and good for groups of any size. Came here for a New Years Party, and everyone had a great experience!“

Firstly, let me start by raving about Colleen, the GOAT of bartenders! She is an absolute sweetheart! From the first day she made me feel at home! If you are new, she goes up to you, introduces herself and hands you a napkin. She has the most awesome and proper etiquette for the hospitality industry. Colleen is an absolute godsend! I do not know a single person who badmouths her. She also makes the best margaritas and rums/cokes! She remembers your name as wel and starts calling you by your name on the second day. The other bartenders are amazing as well. On Tuesdays and Thursdays when I go in, Lisa remembers my drink and food order. She is also a gem as well! As far as the food goes, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is one of the best I have ever eaten. The Cheddar Cheese burger is amazing as well. Seriously this place is a great find. As far as the reviews calling this place racist are concerned, to each their own: I have never had any issues and I am disabled and asian that is like a double negative. “Best BB.Q franchise for me. Gives the biggest peices, excellent saucing, and service.

For whatever reason many BB.Q Chicken locations only allow you to select only one flavor for a medium order. So if you want two different flavors you have to pay the higher charge to get two small sizes In different flavors. This location allows me to order two separate flavors for a medium order which saves me a headache, and a little money. I am willing to drive 5 minutes further to go to this location than the other 3 or so BB.Q locations that are slightly closer as a result. Keep up the good work guys!“

“I love pizza! My favorite food hands down. JET'S is by far the best fast chain, franchise type pizza out there. Forget about Domino's, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar's and all those guys. “I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out.

During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers.

There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.

If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency.

To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately.

This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.“

“Decided to try Chilis for my birthday dinner steak, as I’d heard their steaks were pretty good. I’d happily heard correctly. The steak was delicious. I don’t understand why they make you wait, however, for a table when there are always empty tables. We waited 15 minutes yet we counted 8 empty tables. We noticed this was happening the entire time we were there. People waiting for over 10 minutes while many empty tables were available. Our waitress, I believe Tiara? Was great! Extremely busy yet very attentive to our table. Food did not disappoint, altho the side salad was only lettuce and grated cheese, for over $4.00!! One of us ordered the secret sauce burger. It seems the sauce was soo secret they didn’t even put it on!! Their Fangtastic margarita was delish! And the bill didn’t break us! All in all it was a good birthday dinner. Only wish all the Chilis were that tasty!“
