We ordered Rosati’s for the 2nd time since it’s opening, what a mistake! I ordered on line just before 6, it got here at 7:35.
I called the them at 7:15 to complain to the manager and had to wait 10 minutes on line. To be told my pizza will be there in few minutes and while I was talking to him and he hung up!
Will never order again, there lack of service has not improved since they first opened. I don’t know how stay in business.
We used Rosati’s for catering for a baby shower for 20 people. We ordered the pizzas two weeks ahead of time. Finally, the day arrived and the pizzas were on time, the driver was very professional, and it worked out great. Food was awesome. Would highly recommend!! Thank you.
