Playroom area is "freezing"cold all the time( it feels like a freezer) It'a been that way for a long time. I told the manager today but she said the thermostat is set at 76 but it feels like below 60 everytime I go there. If they don't fix it, I will have to give one star next time.
Absolutely positively the slowest and worse service out of any McDonald's I've been to. I think they're understaffed. I saw 3 ladies waiting at least 10 minutes for an order of fries, needless to say my small order took even longer. Fries weren't even hot. I'll make sure to go out of my way for my once a month McDonald's visit...Update: went back and a complete 180. Service was fast and extremely friendly. Food was hot, play area was clean. We'll return.

Every time I order with the woman with a buzzcut (I believe her name is Diane)at the drive thru she is consistently extremely friendly, helpful, patient and in general just excellent at all facets of customer service. I always get a little excited when it is her who takes my order thru the drive thru. I'm honestly not sure why (unless she personally doesn't want to be) she isn't a part of the management team.
