Waited 15 mins in line only to get to the front and be told they are only accepting online orders per managers instructions. I asked to speak to the manager, Savannah, and explained why would they not post any signage stating such, or close the lobby to public, or at least announce this to the people walking in so we are not just waiting in line to be turned away. When I got there to order, they had nothing ready and I was told I had to order on the mobile app/ website. It took 20 minutes for me to get two pizzas and one bag of breadsticks. When I finally got home and opened the boxes, and this is what both of my pizzas looked like. Disgusting, even my counter was soaked. Food should never be this greasy no matter if it’s cheap or not.

By far the worst customer service I have experienced at this location ! The employee attending the front was beyond rude to everyone . I got an email that my food was ready went inside and they said an additional 40 min wait. Honestly that wasn’t even a problem for me . The issue was your employee she was not trying to help non English speaking customers being very ignorant, throwing the food on the counter, not trying to refund a customer after they gave him a cheaper pizza...read full review
