I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Gerson. His customer service was incredible. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly cares about giving customers a good experience. Employees like Gerson make a big difference, and I hope his hard work gets recognized!!!
10/10!!!
10/10!!!
Ordered a medium caramel, machiaado coffee.
And was given a small when I went to the front to explain that the cup was small, instead of a medium, they told me their medium is small, which makes no sense.Because the cups go from small to large, and it says, what each cup is. When you order medium, you are expecting medium, not a small.I even brought the orange juice up front to show them.It was in a small cup and they tell me no, that this is their medium cup from ice machiatos???????????
