There's bad McDonald's/fast food establishments, and then there's this McDonald's, might get hot food once every ten times, checking your order before you leave is a requirement, because it is probably someone else's order, or anything you asked to be removed was completely ignored, but it's ok, you can spend about forty bucks on two meals, complain to their corporate multiple times, and they'll say sorry and send you a coupon for a free desert. There's poor buissness models, including this line of franchises in the category of poor wouldn't do them justice.

The men's bathroom was out of soap. It was brought to the evening female manager's attention. Told her they needed to refill the soap and concerned if employees used the washroom (since we just finished eating), she ignored addressing sanitary concerns and said they will take a look, did not do so, meanwhile still took more orders, serving more food knowing that's a food handling violation/concern. She may not care if restaurant staff touch their genitals and serve food to her or others, but we did and it's not to be taken lightly. 3/4/2024.Update: After 40 min.. a male employee used the washroom and the soap was not refilled.

Hispanic Lady In The Nights Is Really Rude. I Didn’t Get My Order Right I Had To Go Back and When I Got To the Window and Asked For My Complete Order She Gave A Really Bad Attitude Like If it Was My Fault. i Was Not Rude At All. When She Was Packing My Order she was Literally THROWING The food In The Box. Went Again A Different Day She Was Working again At The Window and When I Asked Her For My Happy Meal Since She Had Me Waiting after Giving Me The rest Of The Food she Responded Really Rude “it’s Coming It’s coming” . Really Rude lady . Bad Service.

This McDonald's restaurant had been recently renovated, and they did a nice job.There are visible power and USB ports everywhere. There is seating available for remote commuters and groups of typically 4 people.There is also a play area for smaller children (3+ years, I think) with seating next to the play area.Overall, the design is tasteful and functional.The area is quite clean, and service is good.Food quality is consistent with other McDonald's restaurants.Being located next to a Menards home center, it should get great business.I will return soon.

I usually don't post about McDonald's because it is what it is....however this particular 24hr McDonald's has got to be the WORST McDonald's if ever been too. Not only do they have a staff that barely speaks English but they somehow got my order wrong TWICE....maybe it was because they were to busy speaking to each other and having conversations but when I pulled into the drive thru for the SECOND time they continued to converse in Spanish and ignore me as I waited for my CORRECT order!! Management really needs to step in and first get people that understand what the customer is ordering, and second discipline your employees to treat the customer with respect and remember the customer is right. Especially in this case when I had to get my order redone twice and find out on the way home it was wrong again!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY UNTIL MANAGEMENT DOES THEIR JOB!!!! I WARNED YOU!!!
