“Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. Really wanted to love this place, but....“

“First time trying it for the Kenyon woods fund raiser… I like the sauce we had the Syndicate speciality pizza, Italian beef sandwich, Mac n cheese, brownies and toasted ravioli…. Everything was Yummy! The place is cute to stop in and have a slice during the week and sit and look out the window“

“We were there for their pizza. It was very tasty with the right amount of pizza sauce, cheese and hot on arrival. I would recommend Burnt Side to all. On top of it, the late afternoon hours are perfect for dinner or just a pizza. Also, you can't beat the 25% off until June 29th. They're open until 8:30 Wednesday to Saturday.“

“The food is great. The service is not.

The old lady here is rude. I made an order for a curbside pick up. The instructions say that once you’re in front of the restaurant, call them and they will bring out your order so I did just that. I called and said I am outside for a curbside pick up. The lady goes “curbside pickup?” as if those were foreign words. Then she tells me she doesn’t see anything for a curbside pick up. I told her I could give her my name which I did. Then she mumbled something and said she will have it right out.

When she came out and gave me my order, she goes, “just so you know we’re not doing curbside pick up anymore”. So why is that an option on the website? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like something this location could choose to opt out of if they so chose. So it seems to me that she just didn’t wanna do her job.

But again, the food is great which is why I give it four stars.“
