Every time we come to this location, they are out of meat or rice. I don't understand how EVERY TIME we come there we have to wait 25 mins for more food to cook. This happens at lunch and dinner time. I really believe this place is managed very poorly or maybe even by a 16 year old. It is always dirty in the floor and tables. I’ve been coming to this chipotle for years, and for the last year this chipotle has been the worst one. I will even drive the distance to the one in Elgin to avoid going to this chipotle. They never ever ever ever have the vinaigrette, I never understand why they never have it. It is always a mess on the counter. I would be able to put up with the non sense if they seriously had the vinaigrette, it is always a disappointment.

This place is dirty. At 6:00pm almost all tables are unclean and no place to sit where there are no food scraps on the table, and garbage bin is overflowing. i sat here for the past 15 minutes and not one staff cleaned the dining room.
