Ordered two sandwiches on the app both were made wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings. Nothing more disappointing than ordering a vegetarian sandwich and getting meat. Didn't notice until I got home.

I enjoy Potbelly. No matter where I go, it tastes the same. Until my experience at this location. My sandwich, cookies as well as the service was dry and stale. I hadn’t eaten all day and I was ready for it. I asked if the cookies were fresh and was told that they were so I left, ate my sandwich which was dry (ordered everything on it) but was too tired to drive back for a remake. Then I got to my cookies and they were old, dry and stale. I drove back tired. When the manager came out to issue my refund, instead of an apology I received an admonishment as if I was lying. I couldn’t believe it. Do better. I won’t ever go to this location again.

We had a terrible experience at this store on Sunday October 8th at 1:30 pm. The employee --who seemed to be the manager---was loudly scraping chairs and tables on the floor to clean while we--and other patrons --- were trying to eat. We asked him to please be a bit quieter. His response: "If you would like a more peaceful place to eat---go somewhere else.". Customer Service....?

I have spent easily over $1,000 at this location the last 10 years living here and I won't be stopping anymore. There sandwiches used to be hot and the last 5 times I have come my oven roasted chicken breast comes out cold chicken even though I see it go through the oven. I don't get it but their oven sucks. I am taking my business to Jimmy John's. I cannot be the only one that is experiencing this.

I usually enjoy this place. Today it was different. They used to have a Mediterranean Salad, they no longer have it. Occasionally they will still make it, today was not one of those days. I did purchase the sandwich, it was a disappointment. I think the ingredients are fresh, the sandwich just lacked. The girl who took care of me was ok, not too customer service focused.

Enjoyed our first visit to Potbelly's since before the pandemic. Excellent service. Every employee double-checked our preferences on our food. So it was exactly as ordered.Good sandwiches with several choices for vegetarians. We appreciated that the price is discounted if you don't have meat, such as on the mediterranean.I'd forgotten how thick the bread is, so the sandwich seemed a little dry. Next time I'll have them add more toppings.Seating area was clean. Also one of two trash bins included place to recycle bottles or cans, which was a nice surprise.

Ordered a simple bowl of chili and requested for and paid for cheddar cheese. Received my order and didn't receive any cheese at all. When I called to advise of my order I was told to contact door dash for refund. Wow, what great customer service for an error that was made at your own store! Now I get to eat chili without any cheese, thanks so much potbelly for the inaccurate order!
Went to get quick dinner and ordered BLTA and the bacon was raw brought it up to counter and ask is this normal for bacon to be raw and still giggling. No response I ask for new crispy bacon and they said no. I threw it out left won’t go back. Horrible service and no trained manager on duty.
