“Wish I would of remembered the woman's name in the drive thru but I cannot say enough good things about her! This was around 8:50isham today (3/26/25) From the moment we pulled up in the drive thru speaker to the window her bubbly personality and big smile completely turned my morning around. I was feeling so bleigh and just a stressful start to the week but I am not lying when I say just the minute me and my 4 year old daughter interacted with her was enough to flip my whole day around positively! The lady deserves a raise or promotion as there arnt to many people in this world like her. Thank you for making a difference in a strangers life!“
“This Dunkin location is my favorite! The employees are always very friendly, anytime they've been out of one of my options (which is very rare) they've offered me a choice similar instead of just asking me what else. I appreciate that consideration to try and meet my order preference. They do a wonderful job of being consistant in making sure the Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese on a Croissant is a perfect temperature to eat right away. I've had a consistent poor experience at another location where the sandwich is overcooked and subsequently, piping hot (too hot comfortably eat for more than7 min).

“The food and drink come out just fine but I go in the morning. The people working do not notice me at the counter and I have to wait 5-10 minutes before someone can take my order. I don't always have time to wait. I understand having an active drive through in the morning but not everyone will go that route. Please pay atte.tion to your in store customers.“
“So i usually go to the dunkin' donuts In watch chicago, but lately i've been making my way to this one, because the african american lady that has such an uplifting vibe is awesome, i noticed she's been mentioned in a positive way on other reviews, and she should definitely be recognized for her positivity!!!!“
