“This is a great place with a clean and comfortable environment. Sometimes, though, people bring food from other restaurants and sit here without ordering, which takes space from paying customers. It would be better to eat outside food at home or at the restaurant you bought it from.“

I always stop by before I head to the Metra for school and even when I don't have school I still make effort to stop by because they treat me so well. One employee Irma always treats me very nicely and with respect and she always knows my order by memory. Best Dunkin' in Elgin!“

“The person who purchased franchise and opened this restaurant is doing a great job! Whenever I come in, it is always very clean, staff works quickly, and they are always friendly. It is very noticeable that the manager strives to provide best service!“

“*Update Nov 2023Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.-----Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it's off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I'm constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I'm actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn't taste fresh, burnt Bagels... I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it's 4 mins from my house and it's on the way to the expressway.“

“Went inside to Dunkin this morning and I was amazed at how efficient everything was running. It was like a well oiled machine. Drive thru was packed but moving quickly. Alot of people inside but my wait was about 3-4 minutes. Kudos to the team.“

“I see a few flying around but this is such good service and employees. I went to this other location and it takes 30 minutes to get my order and when I do half my items are missing but this location is THE BEST. The employees are so kind and always greet me very politely unlike one other location on route 20 which has very slow and rude employees. This location is very quick and has great service I LOVE IT“

“I’ve been going to this location couple times this week, and I noticed that my Matcha medium is legit full of ice than actual Matcha today I went and asked for no ice. The guy Literally gave me this. I asked him why it was empty he said because I asked for no ice. This is insane. Next time have your employees communicate that you’re going to give me nothing for asking for no ice.“

“OMG love it here! Many Dunkin locations have changed the way they do their iced coffees and are inconsistent with there flavors but not this place. They hit the spot!! It brought me back to when I would get the coffees when I was in HS. I’ve gotten the $6 meal deal with the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Delicious! 😋“

“I am editing my review because for the third time going to this location, my order has been wrong. I dont know who is reading the tickets when making food but they need to go a little slower and read what the ticket says because there is a clear difference between a BcnEggChz and a SsgEggChz and I am not a fan of bacon.“
