Service has gotten worse, if you have to go to work in the afternoon 11:00-12:30pm you will be late It’s only Drive through coffee but , they are to busy texting and watching their phones , they move like snails ! Pick it up that’s why it’s a drive thru!
Extremely disappointingYou expect a standard when going to a chain restaurant, even if the standard isn't very high. But this is the worst Dunkin I've been to so far, they are guaranteed to get at least one item from your order wrong, or burn it, or not have it and not offer you a replacement. I would recommend just going to a different Dunkin if you're in the mood for something. Only eat here if you have to

*Update Nov 2023Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items.
