“I was told about this new bakery by a friend so I decided to investigate. I was so pleased with all the goods I bought from donuts to danishes to kolacky to bread. So delicious, packaged beautifully and the staff member that attended to me was very knowledgeable about all the items. She was kind enough to share with me her favorites and because of her seeming integrity, knowledge and friendliness, I bought her recommendation. A great addition to Elgin and bakeries.“
“This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I have been to. First, the way they make my coffee/food puts a smile on my face all day long. The staff knows you by your voice at the drive-through, and from your voice, ask me if I want items that I've ordered in the past. A manager is supposed to be a leader a teacher and that is something she is this manager works in the morning around 6:00 6:30 in the morning and she has the store running like a well-oiled machine. The thing is, she does it without yelling or disciplining her employees in front of customers she does it by using positive reinforcement. She is one of the best managers I've seen in retail ever. You can tell how great a manager is when the employees give great service if she is at the store or not, and these employees are just like that. They are great and very respectful. They also are always quick to fix your order if it is not correct, no argument, they just fix it. It used to be that was the standard unfortunately places like this are far and few between. The store is always clean, EVEN the bathrooms, shocking, I know. They make sure that the dining area is wiped down constantly. Even if nobody has sat there for a few, they still will wipe it down every half an hour. If someone has been eating in, they clean the area right after they have left. Oh, I know that you probably hate it just as much as I do when you walk into a dirty store. Floors and surfaces are disgusting sticky dirty gross all around. HERE, floors are clean, displays are clean, and items on display shelves are clean!!!!! “*Update Nov 2023Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.-----Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it's off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I'm constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I'm actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn't taste fresh, burnt Bagels... I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it's 4 mins from my house and it's on the way to the expressway.“
“Oh My God. I think it's unfortunate that only the people with bad experiences write reviews. I think... Rather, I KNOW that this Dunkin' Donuts is AWESOME!! Fast friendly service every time I've been there. I go almost everyday of the week and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't go. Look, coffee is coffee and donuts are donuts, I go here for the service. “Thank you to Diane, for always going above and beyond. It’s been very stressful now trying to manage the new Covid landscape; she makes sure there’s only enough people in the actual Dunkin store, while managing customer orders as well as the drive-through. I can’t imagine how stressful this must be, but she keeps a smile on her face while taking everyone’s order and does it very exceptionally. I highly recommend this location. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name at the drive thru with the friendly smile, he’s been there for quite awhile - another great employee! Thank you!“
“Went here after 10pm. Staff was patient & helpful, waiting for teen girls to decide on orders. When trying to pay, the system had an issue. Staff was very helpful & gracious when dealing with this problem. Will certainly be going back in the future.“
“Ever since they've moved locations the quality of the food and service has gotten a lot better. The woman who used to angrily yell at all the employees, either stopped doing that or doesn't work there anymore. I use the app frequently to order and pick up my food. I also appreciate not being lectured on my sugary coffees, so I changed my rating to reflect the better service they provide now.“
“I am in love with country donuts! The flavors are so delicious and you can taste the freshness. The lattes are great too! I had their cherry filled chocolate frosted donut which was generously filled, a chocolate glazed, and a lemon cake old fashioned. All were delicious! I also had a white chocolate pecan cookie which was amazing, big and chewy and sweet. Excited to visit many more times and try many more flavors. The prices are cheaper than most coffee/donuts shops. Fantastic donuts! Moist and fresh tasting. I doubt you can go wrong with anything you try at this place. The service is always bright and cheerful every day.
