“the employees here are possibly the nicest people I have met in a Dunkin Donuts. I kind of wish I lived here and could go there every day.“

“Stopped by Dunkin’ on Route 25 in Elgin and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the drinks were excellent. Today I tried the Very Cherry drink and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely a great spot to grab a refreshing drink and start the day right.“

“The store was very clean and efficient... The Staff worked very well together... It was very busy, and everyone seemed to know how to perform their duties.. Very impressed. Thank you for that experience.“

“The person who served at the window was very quick and even helped me to add an item that I redeemed with my points but wasn't able to add on the mobile order myself. The drink was delicious and the cup was clean on the outside (no spills).“

“I see a few flying around but this is such good service and employees. I went to this other location and it takes 30 minutes to get my order and when I do half my items are missing but this location is THE BEST. The employees are so kind and always greet me very politely unlike one other location on route 20 which has very slow and rude employees. This location is very quick and has great service I LOVE IT“
