Fresh food. I remember when you could taste apple in your apple fritter. And a piece of wax paper for your chocolate donut so it doesn’t stick to the paper bag would have been nice.

The person who served at the window was very quick and even helped me to add an item that I redeemed with my points but wasn't able to add on the mobile order myself. The drink was delicious and the cup was clean on the outside (no spills).
