I went to this particular Dunkin/Baskin a few MONTHS ago, ordered a cappuccino blast. The woman who made the drink had an excessive amount of makeup... after a few sips of the drink I notice an eyelash inside the cup on the whip cream. Employee who was supposed to be serving was more interested in having a conversation with another employee on her headset. I usually give places a 2nd chance before giving poor ratings - this is the 3rd, consistantly poor experience at this location.
