Only 24 flavors, not 31. Flavors listed online differ from what is actually available. Employee who was supposed to be serving was more interested in having a conversation with another employee on her headset. I usually give places a 2nd chance before giving poor ratings - this is the 3rd, consistantly poor experience at this location.

I went to this particular Dunkin/Baskin a few MONTHS ago, ordered a cappuccino blast. The woman who made the drink had an excessive amount of makeup... after a few sips of the drink I notice an eyelash inside the cup on the whip cream. Couldn't have been mine since it still had the lid on. I brushed it off and haven't been there since until today, my son wanted icecream so I decided to go through the drive up and spoke to a girl. As I was TRYING to order the voice changed to a Male and then BACK to the same girl. STILL TRYING to order I hear her laughing and others laughing on the intercom, so I say forget the order I don't want anything and I drove off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially dealing with food!! I wouldn't want to know what ELSE could have fell in my food with them joking around on the job instead of focusing on the customers!!

out of stock on several items on a 90 degree day. I will update review if my next experience is better.
