This Dunkin doughnuts is the worst location. Every time I’ve gone they either don’t have anything or don’t make it right. I asked for three scoop sundaes, they charged me for it but it was only one scoop and they never even placed the correct lids!

*Update Nov 2023Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.-----Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it's off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I'm constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I'm actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn't taste fresh, burnt Bagels... I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it's 4 mins from my house and it's on the way to the expressway.

This location is an absolute joke. They made the wrong order and when I called the lady at the store she tried passing it off like I got it from a different location. I asked if you were the one located off 25 and 90 and the lady rudely responds no we are off of Dundee Rd. Nice try manager. How about training the non English speaking employees to question the person or grab someone else working if they cannot understand English that the customer is speaking. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Somehow they threw their own twist on it using strawberry cream cheese. I would have gone back immediately but the way the lady talked to me on the phone I know something would have been done to my food if I returned and got my correct order. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts for allowing this type of service! I understand some areas are not as good as others but your locations should all be the same when it comes to quality control and service. I will never return other than getting my money back on the way back home from work. I will be calling corporate to have them hear the recorded call of how their employees talk to customers.

Service has gotten worse, if you have to go to work in the afternoon 11:00-12:30pm you will be late It’s only Drive through coffee but , they are to busy texting and watching their phones , they move like snails ! Pick it up that’s why it’s a drive thru!
Was here at 4am when they open. They literally walk in late. I’m waiting politely outside. Not a problem. I get it. Then 15 min goes by and I try driving through the drive through. The 2 ladies working said to me we aren’t ready and won’t be for another 15 min. I respond by saying I believe you open at 4am, correct? Very poor Managment and customer service.

SLOOOOOWWW Don't be in a hurry geez they made everyone else's coffee and then took our money at the drive thru window and then made more people some coffees before making our smoothies. Lots of extra time wasted.

The manager and every other staff there are poorly educated and manners wise the manager is big fat women there that insulted my mom in English thinking I didn’t speak English and when trying to speak to them they kept interrupting her and kept saying nasty things and kept laughing at my mom and I making us wait 30 minutes for two coffee they didn’t even remember to make

Stoping there often for a coffee. Not anymore, that is for sure. You get donuts for $1 with your coffee, but my friend today drink tea instead and could not get the discount. Service rep. or cashier was rude. People are not business oriented. She could not honor the 59 cent discount but rather lost every day customer. Amazing !!!
