“Usually I am rushed when in the drive thru by a taller lady with black hair. Everytime I get my latte, its always too much espresso. Very bitter. In the afternoon the crew is super nice especially the spanish girl with the blonde strip in her hair. She always makes my drinks perfect and is always super happy and smiles. Afternoon crew has great customer service. Morning crew could use a bit of work.“
“I'm not one to usually write reviews, especially of fast food places, however, my experience at Dunkin this morning was a special one. I regret that I didn't get my cashier's name, but she was working this morning, and probably couldn't have known this was my first time in public presenting feminine, as I'm trans.I got up to the counter, she smiled at me and said "I LOVE your shirt." This simple compliment has shaped my attitude for the day, I can't stop smiling, PLUS the coffee and donut really hit the spot.To that cashier, you absolutely made a trans girl feel like her best self this morning, and there's not enough words I can share to thank you for that gift.“
