“It's hard to find Mexican restaurants to get absolutely everything right, this is the one. Rice and beans were great, Pollo a la Mexicana was the perfect amount of taste and spiciness. The cheese stretches multiple feet into the air like it was real fresh cheese melted to perfection. I can't recommend this place enough. The building is very cute and the staff is super nice.”

“First time at McMae's tonight. Service was excellent and so was the food. Had the special chicken parm and it was plentiful and tasty and served with garlic bread. Will definitely be back in the future.”

“What a wonderful find in our community and the welcome was like coming home. The food was excellent; our empanadas were delicious all different all fresh. My husband loved his steak and shrimp. “Visiting from the city, I didnt know what to expect from Suburban bars, but I was pleasantly surprised, very cool and spacious sports bar. Has plenty of TV’s and delicious food. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Gianna was great and knowledgeable about the beer selection. did an excellent job serving my group tonight. Definitely recommend. Will make the trip back here again just for Midway.”

I have gone to other locations and wasn’t impressed. This location changed my mind about the Beef Shack! Well worth the visit even at full price!”

“These were the best philly's we have ever had. Customer service was excellent and you have to try the Philly fries. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks, nuggets, and regular fries, everything was on point. We can't wait to try this place again. Have been recommending this to all my family and friends. “Their cardamom latte is really good! I had some vanilla added for a bit of sweetness and it tasted great! Their bagel with egg and cheese was soft and very filling. And their Kunafa pistachio waffle was really good, tad sweet, but paired with black coffee or a plain latte would be great. The crunchy pieces held up during my drive back. Overall, my family enjoyed the food and drinks. And their staff was a lovely girl who prepared the food very well.”

“A little disappointed tonight the burger was not as good as usual and service could have been better. Mostly they need to install acoustics way to noisy you can hardly hear or enjoy a conversation.”

“I call Stella's place my home away from home. The place is very inviting. I used to go to GVC but I like this better because there's only a few people playing and everyone is so friendly. Jonathan Is usually hosting when I go and he is the best. He is so friendly that the minute you walk in the door, he treats you like a long lost friend. He remembers what I drink and has it ready before I even say anything. If there are no machines available he offers to call Shelby's but usually I just wait around and visit til someone leaves. I've never met anyone like Jonathan, he loves his job so much and it shows.”

From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.”

Every visit feels like a treat, even though I usually prefer salty snacks. 😄 The only thing I'd love to see added is crunchy pretzels as a topping—that would make it absolutely perfect! 🥨✨”
