I went in knowing zero about Burmese cuisine, but was walked through a series of dishes that have become instant classics that I crave: tofu gyaw, the tea salad, kyarzan thoke, chicken mango, and the goat curry. “We stopped in and had two coffees, a homemade lemonade drink that was absolutely amazing, and two delicious pastries. One pastry was mushroom and the other was a Mexican pizza, and both were packed with flavor and so fresh. Everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully made. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, making it a great little spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy something unique. Whether you’re vegan or not, this place is definitely worth a visit if you’re near Batavia. Highly recommend giving it a try!“

Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) I've been going to this location since they opened their doors and every time I walk in I feel extremely welcomed and excited to see the great additions they make. “My brother and I are from Indiana and they recently built small hole in the wall Lou Malnatis near us and I’ve never went before today was my first time and we’ve always been told you need to come to IL at an actual restaurant to experience it. Well everyone was right! We came in sat down got drinks fast and appetizers quick. Waitress has been very helpful her name was Alma, it was on a bit pricey but to be brought pizza and served to us was worth it. I’d come back again! Thanks for the hospitality!“

“We visited for Sunday brunch around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was packed, so we had about a 45-minute wait before being seated. Despite the crowd, the staff kept things moving, and once we got our table, the service was friendly and attentive.

Our food arrived hot and fresh, and everything was made with quality ingredients. The omelets were flavorful, the veggie skillet was hearty and delicious, the pancakes were soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, and the waffle was crisp on the outside while remaining light and tasty. Every dish was satisfying, and the generous portions made the wait worthwhile.

“We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too. Step aside Coopers Hawk, I have a new favorite restaurant!“
