I'm not one to usually write reviews, especially of fast food places, however, my experience at Dunkin this morning was a special one. I regret that I didn't get my cashier's name, but she was working this morning, and probably couldn't have known this was my first time in public presenting feminine, as I'm trans.I got up to the counter, she smiled at me and said "I LOVE your shirt." This is the most convenient dunkin location for me but I think I made my last visit to this location. I asked for a cup of water and got this wimpy size cup and was charged 60 cents. It's the little niceties that keep customers loyal. I will happily drive an extra couple minutes to a different franchise location after this.

Haven't had an issue with our food like the rest. We order coffee and chocolate long johns... not a difficult order. Yet the *same* drive-through lady every single time is rude, slow, and gets the order wrong. I'd understand if they were busy, but we go outside of peak hours. I'm sure she's a good worker, but it's clear that there's a language barrier, and this location has several other employees who can help at the intercom.
