I went this past Friday, 11/3. It was buy one get one free sandwich day. The store was SO busy! There were 5 total employees that I personally saw. Every one of them were working hard, as quickly as they could with a 30+ minute back up and they were all pleasant, professional and courteous. Marissa is incredible. For our office luncheon, I was instructed to use leftover gift cards -- 12 of them, to be precise. I knew this was going to be a pain in the butt for the store, so I called and spoke with Marissa. She assured me that she would handle the situation personally.
