“Great food. I used to come here regularly when I lived in the area. We stopped by while visiting family in the area. Food was still great and my kids loved his burger. We had an issue where my son's nose started bleeding and the staff went out of their way to help or see if we needed anything. It was a minor issue for us. But the staff went above and beyond in helping out. Very glad to be able to visit one of my favorite local places! The kids also loved the milk shakes. Looking forward to visiting again!!“

“This place is so good. The Chicago-style hot dogs are legit and hit every time. The tacos are super flavorful, and the fries are always hot and perfectly crispy.

I seen they had fresh cut fries and there's nothing like a good fresh cut fry so I figured I'd give them a shot! Man I was not disappointed at all, I ordered 2 hot dogs and fries and I gotta say the but dogs are better than portillo's and the fries are off the charts! It cost me about 12.00 for 2 hot dogs and 2 fries the price is as good as the food! My first time here and will definitely not be my last. I don't know how I've missed this place I'm looking forward to trying other things here!“

“Picked up my first order tonight. I had been told by others The Food is good. We ordered two burgers, large fry, and gyros. Was very happy with all. Quality ingredients, not chintzy with the onion, tomato. Great gyro sauce. Not a big Fry fan, but as they were out of mushrooms, onion rings, tater tots, etc we got the Fries. The Fries were surprisingly good. Friendly and efficient workers on phone and picking up our order.“

They have Special’s each day my favorite is the Gyro Sub shhh…it’s a secret menu item they make any sandwich special order and your food is always prepared fresh on the spot when you order nothing microwaved or sitting under any sort of heater waiting it made fresh to order only! “It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! We bought the large sized Beef Combo with an Italian sausage in the beef.
The sandwich was longer hence the large size, but the sausage was still the smaller regular size.
I don't feel like I got my money's worth for these two sandwiches.
I wont be getting the larger size here again.“
