“I finally got around to trying this place. I came here about quarter to noon on a Thursday. Initially, it was not busy at all. For some reason after I got my food, it became extremely busy, like people were waiting for tables to eat at. They have a bathroom or two, you have to go through the back of the kitchen. The parking lot when it’s not super busy is spacious. I think they have about 9 tables, give or take. I ordered the Italian beef (dipped, hot peppers on the side, sweet peppers on top, and mozzarella cheese) and the original famous hot dog. I got a large Pepsi but it was jumbo size compared to most places.

The Italian beef was very juicy. The giardiniera is mildly hot, not as hot as what people say. I liked that they gave me a ton of cheese and the sweet peppers were large. This is the real gem not the hot dog in my book. The original hot dog had a nice bite to it but it wasn't amazing. The fries were hand cut and crunchy. They give you a moderate amount of fries. Service was very friendly and fast. 4.4 on Google is more accurate to the experience than the 3.5 on Yelp.“

It cost me about 12.00 for 2 hot dogs and 2 fries the price is as good as the food! My first time here and will definitely not be my last. “Picked up my first order tonight. I had been told by others The Food is good. We ordered two burgers, large fry, and gyros. Was very happy with all. Quality ingredients, not chintzy with the onion, tomato. Great gyro sauce. Not a big Fry fan, but as they were out of mushrooms, onion rings, tater tots, etc we got the Fries. The Fries were surprisingly good. Friendly and efficient workers on phone and picking up our order.“

Super yummy Garlic sauce and the Pommes (French Fries) are phenomenal - try it like the Germans do in Red (ketchup) & White (mayo). “On Friday, June 19th 2026 My daughter and I went to the drive thru of this restaurant. We did a $45.00 order. As we drove away and we check ed our order, we realized that we were sorted two pieces of chocolate cake. So now I had to waste my time going back into the restaurant to get the cake that they shorted us. They might want to do a better job of filling the order's correctly. Also they had a combination meal sign there but yet the prices are exactly the same as individual purchases. So what's the point of having that there? Even the lady taking the order admitted that there's no discount on these combination meals. Is portilos that greedy that they can't afford to give like a 3-5% discount on these combination meals to give people a little value for the expensive food they buy there?“

We bought the large sized Beef Combo with an Italian sausage in the beef.
The sandwich was longer hence the large size, but the sausage was still the smaller regular size.
I don't feel like I got my money's worth for these two sandwiches.
I wont be getting the larger size here again.“

“My God. In a world where people are chins on food, I opened up my chicken pita and found an explosion of delicious seasoned chicken. It was plenty full in fact I had to use a fork to finish it. I couldn’t believe how tender it was and how friendly the service was. A real tree to find a restaurant that still cared.“
