“A hole in the wall with some yummy Chicago food. The onion rings were a bit overcooked and the Italian beef a bit soggy and bland, BUT the experience made it worth it. The main guy behind the counter was the sweetest and was very effecient.“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! Super yummy Garlic sauce and the Pommes (French Fries) are phenomenal - try it like the Germans do in Red (ketchup) & White (mayo). “Picked up my first order tonight. I had been told by others The Food is good. We ordered two burgers, large fry, and gyros. Was very happy with all. Quality ingredients, not chintzy with the onion, tomato. Great gyro sauce. Not a big Fry fan, but as they were out of mushrooms, onion rings, tater tots, etc we got the Fries. The Fries were surprisingly good. Friendly and efficient workers on phone and picking up our order.“

“We like to go to the Costco Food Court for dinner when we have tickets to the movie theater next door. It's fast, cheap, and the food is always good. In my opinion, Costco has the best New York style pizza in the Midwest. The food court is always crowded, so it could be bigger. It is also adjacent to the exit aisle, so even more people pass by as you are sitting, enjoying your dinner. I like to think of it as a parade of shoppers, showing off what they purchased. I find it very entertaining. Of course, there is no table service at Costco, but the people behind the counter move a lot of food in a short amount of time. They are excellent. Over all, for a quick bite, the Costco Food Court is tough to beat. Give it a try, you don't have to be a member to enjoy the food.“

“On Friday, June 19th 2026 My daughter and I went to the drive thru of this restaurant. We did a $45.00 order. As we drove away and we check ed our order, we realized that we were sorted two pieces of chocolate cake. So now I had to waste my time going back into the restaurant to get the cake that they shorted us. They might want to do a better job of filling the order's correctly. Also they had a combination meal sign there but yet the prices are exactly the same as individual purchases. So what's the point of having that there? Even the lady taking the order admitted that there's no discount on these combination meals. Is portilos that greedy that they can't afford to give like a 3-5% discount on these combination meals to give people a little value for the expensive food they buy there?“

I couldn’t believe how tender it was and how friendly the service was. A real tree to find a restaurant that still cared.“
