“I visited Kong Dog Rolling Meadows today and had the best meal!! Hot Cheeto dog, Dorito dog, and potato, they were so fresh! We also tried the ramen and Tteokbokki - they were so delicious! We will be back very soon!! Staff was so sweet and food didn’t take too long to make!“

“I love the Italian beef with sweet peppers- always have! Some of my family love the Chicago style hot dogs. Always consistently delicious and a fun place to eat. Keep it up!“

“First , the smoke and aroma comin’ out the roof exhaust pipes . Lol 😛 Known for their hamburgers , dogs , apparently everything else on their menu is good . Being a member of Chicago Italian Beefs fB page , I just HAD to try theirs . Pretty darn good ! 9.0/10 Sweet n hot , dipped , nice crinkly fries 🍟 comin’ for da ride , and a tamale 🫔 to wash it down . Nice job guys at the PP in Des Plaines !!!“

“I tried the grilled teriyaki chicken plate at The Dog Walk and was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was grilled perfectly, flavorful, and the teriyaki sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and spice levels to your liking. The portion was generous, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying.
The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s a great local spot if you’re looking for a delicious, filling meal at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!
Highly recommend the grilled teriyaki chicken plate! 🍗🔥“

“Food is awesome and the owners are great! I try to make it here once a week!“

“Love this place I come all the way from Aurora to work in Des Plains and eat here Great Food love the fries great atmosphere staff always friendly bag a fries to go 😎💪“

“A hole in the wall with some yummy Chicago food. The onion rings were a bit overcooked and the Italian beef a bit soggy and bland, BUT the experience made it worth it. The main guy behind the counter was the sweetest and was very effecient.“

“Honestly one of the best airport fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Prices were okay, menu is large, everything is made to order, staff were friendly and seemed to be having a good time. Short line, food was ready about 10 min after I ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk allows for customization. As I was leaving one of the workers asked if I wanted a free order of onion rings since they made some that didn’t get picked up. So rings, dog, and drink for about $15? Hard to get that kind of deal at the airport!“

“Great food and super friendly staff“

“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time but life gets hectic and busy and I know these fine business owners understand that all too well. Hubbys has the best hotdogs hands down! My kids LOVE their cheese fries!
But it’s not just the food that keeps us coming back, it’s the owners and staff too! They are always friendly, we’re greeted with exceptional service everytime!
We hired their hotdog cart for a family 4th of July party this year and it was the best addition to our celebration! Even through torrential downpours, Hubby’s delivered with a happy smile! The cart was set up (under a tent of course) and hotdogs were prepared perfectly and we all enjoyed celebrating with good ol American hotdogs!
So if you’re looking for a quick and friendly bite to eat, stop in!
If you’re looking to cater an event, definitely consider Hubby’s Hotdog carts!
Either way, you won’t be disappointed!
Thanks Hubby’s!“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“

“Picked up my first order tonight. I had been told by others The Food is good. We ordered two burgers, large fry, and gyros. Was very happy with all. Quality ingredients, not chintzy with the onion, tomato. Great gyro sauce. Not a big Fry fan, but as they were out of mushrooms, onion rings, tater tots, etc we got the Fries. The Fries were surprisingly good. Friendly and efficient workers on phone and picking up our order.“

“Massive Doener with the REAL Fladenbrot (type of flatbread) just like in Germany!! Super yummy Garlic sauce and the Pommes (French Fries) are phenomenal - try it like the Germans do in Red (ketchup) & White (mayo). Owners are amazing, super friendly and just great to talk to (for me in German = extra treat 🥰) Go and check it out - you won't be disappointed and will go back for more 😉“

“Good 👍 food yummy 😋 good Customer service“

“GREAT food! The double slaw burger was amazing (and no Cole slaw like I was thinking). The onion rings were delicious and very generous portions. I look forward to going back soon.“

“****A cut above the rest. -Great and consistent food -genuinely attentive and warm service making you feel right at home. Many ingredients are organic—not because it’s a selling point, but simply because that’s how they do things. The flavors feel more like homemade Greek cooking than typical restaurant fare.“

“We like to go to the Costco Food Court for dinner when we have tickets to the movie theater next door. It's fast, cheap, and the food is always good. In my opinion, Costco has the best New York style pizza in the Midwest. The food court is always crowded, so it could be bigger. It is also adjacent to the exit aisle, so even more people pass by as you are sitting, enjoying your dinner. I like to think of it as a parade of shoppers, showing off what they purchased. I find it very entertaining. Of course, there is no table service at Costco, but the people behind the counter move a lot of food in a short amount of time. They are excellent. Over all, for a quick bite, the Costco Food Court is tough to beat. Give it a try, you don't have to be a member to enjoy the food.“

“Great selection of fast foods. Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices and the best hot Dogs in the whole Universe!“

“Absolutely amazing! The 1/2 Greek Chicken at The Gyros Factory is one of the best meals I’ve had in Des Plaines. Perfectly seasoned, cooked on the bone, and unbelievably tender. The rice pilaf and Greek potatoes complete the plate beautifully. A must-try!“

“Five stars for five guys! Friendly service evrry single time and our burgers are literally always sizzled to perfection! Dont forget to get a bag of their delicious fries. You know it's decent when you see familiar faces who've been there at least a year.“

“Very good, better than any other fast food options. Friendly staff always willing to help and people who enjoy cooking. 1 star reviews can’t get much out of this place if they come in with a bad attitude. Great alternative for a quick lunch. Really good.“

“1st time and didn't disappoint! The whole idea of a authentic Chicago dog hit the spot. Staff were nice, quick, and professional. The building gives the old school vibe and there's plenty of space to sit and eat.. gotta go back before we leave!“

“My burger was fantastic and the onion rings are phenomenal“

“Cece and the staff here were fantastic. The food was great, service was quick, and it was very clean. My niece spilled her shake and I offered to clean it up myself. Cece came out and helped us immediately and cleaned my niece’s spilled shake for us. I apologized multiple times. Cece was so nice to my niece and I today that I highly recommend coming here. ❤“

“Stopped in for a quick beer between flights. Karolina provided fantastic service and great conversation. I’ll be back, should I pass through again.“

“My God. In a world where people are chins on food, I opened up my chicken pita and found an explosion of delicious seasoned chicken. It was plenty full in fact I had to use a fork to finish it. I couldn’t believe how tender it was and how friendly the service was. A real tree to find a restaurant that still cared.“

“Love coming here when I’m in town“

“stop in here for lunch from time to time when I'm in the area making deliveries and have the spare time to do so the staff here is amazing and the food is even better!!“

“When in the Chicago area, you must have a Chicago-style dog from Portillo’s. It’s an unspoken rule, right?! We went through the drive thru (love that at this location) and I did it all, the peppers and pickle and the full on Chicago way and (again) enjoyed the experience. The hubs got creative had a wet Italian sausage and although he enjoyed it, upon tasting mine, he wished he’d followed me and got a traditional dog. Great, fast and friendly service from the gentleman in the drive thru.

When in Chicago— Cheers!“
