Some of the best burgers consistently.
My FAVORITE five guys hands down!! Went in and got out in max 5 minutes! Someone took my order right away, all I get typically is a little Cajun fry with a side of mayo. It's always the best I've ever had when I get it here.
Fries were fresh, perfectly cajuned and portion was generous. I am so thankful for a location that does it right.
Thank you Five guys Des plaines for taking care of me and I will always be back!

The burgers are fantastic. I ask to have my fries will done, otherwise they're soft, but that's me.
Parking can be frustrating, but there is a parking across the street.

Five Guys in Des Plaines offers a welcoming atmosphere, where customers are warmly greeted and served efficiently. The restaurant is immaculately clean, bright, and friendly, with a large parking lot providing ample parking. The food is excellent, with popular items like Cajun fries, veggie sandwiches, and the Bacon cheeseburger being particularly delicious. Customers appreciate the quality meat and fries, stating that the restaurant never cuts corners. The vibe is positive, with free peanuts available while waiting for food. The entire space, including the bathrooms, is extremely clean. Customers praise the big burgers, cheese fries, and large drinks, as well as the exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Even when closing time is near, the associates remain welcoming and patient, ensuring that every order is made fresh and delicious. However, some customers have noted inconsistency in the french fry packaging, sometimes receiving an abundance of fries and other times only a few extra. Overall, the restaurant is known for its speed, excellent service, and super fresh food, leaving customers highly satisfied.
