Great 👍🏽
High traffic Starbucks near the airport and next to potbelly - really like this Starbucks the staff are nice and there’s plenty of parking - it’s smaller on the inside but the seats are very comfortable and the outside has a lovely seating area but could be cleaned more
Croissant ham&swiss really good. The hall is always clean. The speed on the drive is quite normal. But there is a moment when they used double cups, tappers, and still all the coffee spilled, you need to use more reliable methods. Thank you

Starbucks, known for its service and drinks, continues to receive positive reviews. Barista Cesar is praised for his friendliness and excellent service, consistently creating great drinks with a smile. The pumpkin latte and chai pumpkin cream have been highlighted as popular drink options, while the senior coffee and iced coffee also received mentions for their quality.
Customers have had good experiences, with one reviewer noting the clean bathroom and friendly staff. The location's proximity to Allstate Arena and its nice views of the area have also been appreciated. Additionally, the establishment is described as kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
While there was one issue regarding a free drink on Veterans Day, the overall sentiment is that customers plan to return, drawn by the top-notch coffee and the kind, compassionate service provided by the baristas, including Lilly's gesture of offering a pupcup to a customer's dog.
